Who is Peel Tech?

Peel Tech is an on-demand, concierge style tech support company serving both consumer and small businesses.

What markets do you service?

Currently servicing greater Seattle & Bellevue and a 10-mile radius.

Do you have plans to grow into other territories or markets?

Absolutely. We will grow by neighborhood or geography. When we feel like we have neighborhoods covered, we’ll add more.

How does one book an in-house tech?
Do you have a retail location?

No. We are built around the added convenience of coming to you.

Do you work on hardware?

At this time, we are only able to help replace hard drives. We have forged trusted relationships with a few local hardware repair shops and happy to refer you to. If you tell them Peel Tech sent you, i heard you’ll get preferred treatment. 😉

How are Peel techs chosen and are they background checked?

We pride ourselves on our ability to hire techs with personality as well as proficiency. Each tech is also professional background check.

How much does the service cost?
  • Consumer: We are priced at $80 and hour and will bill to the closest half hour after the first hour or service.
  • Small Business: Influenced by multiple variables. Ranging from $90-$140
How will I be billed?

We try and on-board all our customers prior to a service call. Along with details of the issue, we will ask for a credit card to be placed on file so our tech’s don’t need to worry about that. In the odd case we did not take your card, the tech’s carry a chip reader and will take any major credit or debit card.

Is your work guaranteed?

Upon mutual satisfaction of the service request completed and approved, Peel Tech will guarantee the work up to 24 hours. If issue(s) arise after the 24th hour, please contact us to initiate a new service request.
