At this time, we are only able to help replace hard drives. We have forged trusted relationships with a few local hardware repair shops and happy to refer you to. If you tell them Peel Tech sent you, i heard you’ll get preferred treatment. 😉
We pride ourselves on our ability to hire techs with personality as well as proficiency. Each tech is also professional background check.
We try and on-board all our customers prior to a service call. Along with details of the issue, we will ask for a credit card to be placed on file so our tech’s don’t need to worry about that. In the odd case we did not take your card, the tech’s carry a chip reader and will take any major credit or debit card.
Upon mutual satisfaction of the service request completed and approved, Peel Tech will guarantee the work up to 24 hours. If issue(s) arise after the 24th hour, please contact us to initiate a new service request.
