Currently servicing greater Seattle & Bellevue in a 10-mile radius. However, exceptions will be made and an added travel fee will be added as agreed upon.
Absolutely. We will grow by neighborhood or geography. When we feel like we have neighborhoods covered, we’ll add more.
No. We are built around the added convenience of coming to you or working through our remote management software, and accessing your computer with your permission.
At this time, we can do limited repairs such as replacing/upgrading hard drives.
We also have relationships with other local hardware repair shops and happy to refer you.
We pride ourselves on our ability to hire techs with personality as well as proficiency, and committed to being patient.
Each tech also undergoes a background check.
We try and onboard all our customers prior to the service call. Along with details of your issues, we ask for a credit card to be placed on file. Our technicians, also carry a chip reader and will take any major credit or debit card.
Upon mutual satisfaction of the service request completed and approved, Peel Tech will guarantee the work up to 24 hours. If issue(s) arise after the 24th hour, please contact us to initiate a new service request.
