Who is Peel Tech?

Peel Tech is an on-demand, concierge style tech support company serving both consumer and small businesses, remotely or in-person.

What markets do you service?

Currently servicing greater Seattle & Bellevue in a 10-mile radius. However, exceptions will be made and an added travel fee will be added as agreed upon.

Do you have plans to grow into other territories or markets?

Absolutely. We will grow by neighborhood or geography. When we feel like we have neighborhoods covered, we’ll add more.

How does one book an in-house tech?
Do you have a retail location?

No. We are built around the added convenience of coming to you or working through our remote management software, and accessing your computer with your permission.

Do you work on hardware?

At this time, we can do limited repairs such as replacing/upgrading hard drives.
We also have relationships with other local hardware repair shops and happy to refer you.

How are Peel techs chosen and are they background checked?

We pride ourselves on our ability to hire techs with personality as well as proficiency, and committed to being patient.
Each tech also undergoes a background check.

How much does the service cost?
  • Consumer: $120-130 an hour for the initial hour, then bill to the half-hour.
  • Small Business: Influenced by multiple variables. Ranging from $140-$160
How will I be billed?

We try and onboard all our customers prior to the service call. Along with details of your issues, we ask for a credit card to be placed on file. Our technicians, also carry a chip reader and will take any major credit or debit card.

Is your work guaranteed?

Upon mutual satisfaction of the service request completed and approved, Peel Tech will guarantee the work up to 24 hours. If issue(s) arise after the 24th hour, please contact us to initiate a new service request.
