Who is Peel Tech?

Peel Tech is a home and business tech support service company providing same-day services and remote support.

What markets do you service?

Currently we provide home and business tech support in greater Seattle & Bellevue in a 10-mile radius.

Do you have plans to grow into other territories or markets?

Absolutely. We will grow by neighborhood or geography. When we feel like we have neighborhoods covered with tech support, we’ll add more.

How does one get home tech support from Peel Tech?
Do you have a retail location?

No. We are built around the added convenience of coming to you or working through our remote management software, and accessing your computer with your permission.

Do you work on hardware?

At this time, we are only able to replace/ upgrade hard drives.
We also have relationships with other local hardware repair shops and happy to refer you.

How are Peel techs chosen and are they background checked?

We pride ourselves on our ability to hire techs with personality as well as proficiency, and committed to being patient.
Each tech also undergoes a background check.

How much does the service cost?
  • Home Tech Support: $90 an hour for the initial hour, then bill to the half-hour.
  • Small Business Tech Support: Influenced by multiple variables. Ranging from $110-$140
How will I be billed?

We try and onboard all our customers prior to the service call. Along with details of your issues, we ask for a credit card to be placed on file. Our technicians, also carry a chip reader and will take any major credit or debit card.

Is your work guaranteed?

Upon mutual satisfaction of the service request completed and approved, Peel Tech will guarantee the work up to 24 hours. If issue(s) arise after the 24th hour, please contact us to initiate a new service request.
