Peel Tech is a home/ consumer and small business tech support service company providing in-person services and remote support.
Currently, we provide home and business tech support in greater Seattle & Bellevue within a 10-mile radius. Exceptions are made, and a travel fee is added.
Absolutely. We will grow by neighborhood or geography. When we feel like we have neighborhoods covered with tech support, we’ll add more.
No. We are built around the added convenience of coming to you or working through our remote management software and accessing your computer.
At this time, we can only replace/ upgrade hard drives.
We also have relationships with local hardware repair shops and are happy to refer you.
We pride ourselves on our ability to hire techs with personality and proficiency and are committed to being patient and understanding.
Each tech also undergoes a background check and is fully vaccinated.
We try and onboard all our customers before the service call. Along with details of your issues, we ask for a credit card to be placed on file. Our technicians also carry a chip reader and will take any major credit or debit card.
Upon mutual satisfaction of the service request completed and approved, Peel Tech will guarantee the work for up to 24 hours. If issue(s) arise after the 24th hour, please contact us to initiate a new service request.
